Custom Order Policy

At Beautbydee, we offer custom-made fashion pieces designed to reflect your unique style and measurements. Please read this Custom Order Policy carefully before placing a custom order.


1. What Is a Custom Order?

A custom order refers to any item made specifically to a customer’s individual measurements, selected colors, fabric choices, or design preferences. This includes, but is not limited to, custom gowns, tops, trousers, palazzo pants, cape tops, and coordinated sets.


2. Measurements & Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate body measurements. All measurements should be submitted in centimeters (cm) unless otherwise stated.

Beautbydee produces custom garments strictly based on the measurements and details provided. We are not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate measurements.


3. Design, Fabric & Color Variations

  • Fabric patterns, color shades, and placement may vary slightly due to fabric availability, lighting, or production processes.
  • Reference images (including AI-generated images) are for inspiration and design representation only.
  • Minor variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.

4. Production Timeline

Custom orders require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be communicated after order confirmation and may vary depending on design complexity, fabric availability, and order volume.

Production begins only after full payment and measurement confirmation have been received.


5. Changes & Cancellations

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be modified, canceled, or exchanged.
Requests for changes must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order and are subject to approval.


6. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with EU consumer law, custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases where the item is faulty or significantly different from the agreed design.

If you believe there is an issue with your custom order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos and details.


7. Customer Communication

Customers may be contacted via email or WhatsApp to confirm measurements, design details, or production updates. Delays in customer responses may affect delivery timelines.


8. Acceptance of Policy

By placing a custom order with Beautbydee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Custom Order Policy in full.
