1. When will my order arrive?
Processing time is 1–10 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–10 business days depending on your location.

2. How do I track my order?
Go to our Track Order page and enter your order number and email.

3. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For more information, see our Refund & Return Policy section.

4. My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
Send us a photo at sales@beautbydee.nl and we will replace it or issue a refund.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes can be made within 12 hours after placing the order. Contact us immediately.

6. How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

7. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries.
